1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing or using Adam AGI software or Adam Heartbeats, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Product Description Adam AGI is an Artificial General Intelligence as a robotic computer developed by Adam AGI LLC. Adam Heartbeats are prepaid labor-hour credits consumed when Adam is living.

3. User Responsibility : CRITICAL You are solely and fully responsible for:

• All tasks, instructions, and commands you give to Adam AGI
• All data, files, and content you provide to or process through Adam AGI
• All outcomes, results, and consequences of Adam AGI's actions performed under your direction
• Ensuring your use of Adam AGI complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws

Adam AGI LLC bears no responsibility whatsoever for any action taken by the software at the User's direction.

4. Data Processing You acknowledge that any data you input into or process through Adam AGI is your sole responsibility. Adam AGI LLC does not review, monitor, or take responsibility for the data you choose to process. You warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to process any data you submit to Adam AGI.

5. Prohibited Use You may not use Adam AGI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Process data you do not have the legal right to access
• Engage in any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious activity

6. No Warranty Adam AGI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Adam AGI LLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adam AGI LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or Heartbeats, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or any harm caused by actions performed by Adam AGI under your instruction.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of State of New Mexico, United States.

9. Changes to Terms Adam AGI LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
